After-Sales Support (Shenzhen Center and Hong Kong Center)

Please ensure that you keep your invoice either in hard copy or electronic form properly. If your product is within its warranty period, you have the option to send it in for maintenance either at our Hong Kong Center or Shenzhen Center. Kindly note that we exclusively accept SF Express as the shipping method.

Steps to Request Warranty:

  1. Email us at email@merryfocus.com with your name, order number, and a description of the issue.
  2. We will respond with an authorization number via email.
  3. Pack your equipment securely and include a paper indicating the authorization number.
  4. Utilize SF Express for shipping and send the equipment to the designated center.

Who Benefits the Most:

  • Hong Kong Consumers: You can conveniently seek assistance locally when encountering problems, or take advantage of after-sales support while traveling in mainland China.
  • Mainland Consumers: Cameras and lenses with warranty coverage are supported by our Shenzhen Center. Regardless of your location within mainland China, you can return items to Shenzhen for warranty-related support.
  • Macau Consumers: You have the option to deliver your items to our Hong Kong center, or, if traveling within mainland China, receive support from our Shenzhen Center.
